Return & Exchange Policy

At Zafiroon, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized items

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through bank transfer, store credit, or the original payment method (where applicable).

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue
